Cuisine de Maison started its operations last November of 2007. Friends and family were its first customers. Eventually word got out and CDM became known to a few people and families which have been our regular clients. Cuisine de Maison’s products are inspired by European cuisine. Our core products are the Sauce of Luxury, Italian Herb Rub, Mushroom Risotto, Risotto Milanese and the Risotto Nero. However CDM has also incorporated an American staple, which is the Barbeque Sauce, to its roster. Orange Whisky and Apple Hickory are its variants. Asian inspired products are in the works and will soon join CDM’s line up. The founders of Cuisine de Maison are lovers of good home cooking. We say that its spirit revolves around the home kitchen, hence the name. “Cuisine” in French literally means kitchen while “Maison” means home. Good food doesn’t always have to come from a restaurant, one of the primary objectives of CDM is to make food that is most often eaten at a fine restaurant readily be available in the kitchen cupboard.
